HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?

OPTION 1 

Send an email in with a few pictures of your kitchen, sizes, splashback option, phone number and your address, we will get back to you within 24hours with a quote.  this is normally the fastest way. 

OPTION 2

Call or email with your full address and contact number,  we will get you booked in for an onsite quote asap.  (Please note that this option is only for the local north west area)

Yes, This is what we specialize in, get in touch to book your free quote and let us deal with everything else. (Please note that we only offer this service for North Wales and the North West area’s)  

We normally take between 2 and 3 weeks from template to installation  

We use 6mm low iron, toughened glass with polished edges.

We use silicone adhesive to glue your splashback to the wall our adhesive is tested and forms part of your glass splashback warranty

Alternatively we can add holes in your glass splashback and use black, gold, chrome or satin mirror screws, this wouldn’t be our first option, as it distracts from the smooth perfect finish of the glass. 

All our splashbacks are safe to be used behind induction/electric hobs.  If your splashback is going behind a gas hob then we recommend only using on of our toughened glass splashbacks, which is safe to be used behind any hob.

 

Yes, as long as the surface is solid and not falling off the wall, we can normally go over anything. 

We except payment by Card, Bank Transfer, Cash or Chq, for template and installation, a deposit is due during the template and the remaining balance is due straight after installation.  For supply only, payment in full will be needed at the point of order.  

Glass Splashbacks can be curved or shaped to accommodate cooker hoods, curves etc.  We can shape our glass splashbacks into any size within 3000mm x 1800mm

Yes. Glass Splashbacks can be cut in to allow for sockets, holes or shaping to a extractor.  The accuracy of these is vital because we cut prior to toughening and once toughened the glass can not be altered in any way.

Yes. We can print your own image directly onto the glass, however a high resolution file is required to ensure a quality print.  If you’re unsure about the quality of the file, please send it to us and we will advise you. 

Yes. we pretty much match all paint brands, all we need is the brand name, description and code if one is available, we cannot match colours that you have had scanned and mixed at the paint desk in your paint suppliers.

All our splashbacks are manufactured in the UK and meet the requirements of the latest UK glass rules. 

Sadly no, we don’t offer glass splashbacks outside of the UK. 

 

FOR SUPPLY ONLY. 

Please check for any visible signs of damage to the packaging of your order before signing for the delivery.  Items damaged in transit should be noted at time of delivery and if possible delivery should be refused and returned to us.  If the Glass Splashbacks arrives defective this should also be noted at time of delivery and returned via the courier.  If the Glass splashback does not fit we cannot issue you a refund as long as the measurements match the measurements on your order, please check your invoice prior to completing payment.  Once signed for any claims made by you will be validated at our discretion and should be raised with 24 hours of receipt.  Where you have asked us to leave your order in a safe place at your premises or with a friend or neighbour you do so at your own risk.  We recommend that you have the friend or neighbour check your order on your behalf.  Where possible, we reserve the right to repair any defects rather than remaking that particular piece of glass or issuing any form of compensation.  If the glass is fitted we are unable to consider any claims of damage.

Standard biggest size 3000mm W x 1800mm H

XL sizes 3000mm to 6000mm W x 1800mm H (not avalible in all glass styles

We can do any shape and virtually any size up to 6000mm x 1800 mm. If you require XL sizes then please contact us and we will organise a personalised quotation. 

Please note that an additional fee is required for glass panels over 3000mm in length due to the weight and size and transportation costs. 

Toughened Glass has got a very high breakpoint and can withstand high temperatures. In the unlikely event the breakpoint is reached it shatters instantly to small safer pieces.
